We are building the finance platform we always wished existed.

Before this, we spent years closing books with a patchwork of spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Odoo forks, and home-grown ETL. Every compliance change meant another late night. So we set out to build one open platform where the ledger is the point — not the side effect.

    Architecture prototype. Double-entry ledger correctness proven against Tryton test suite.

  2. 2025 Q3

    First private pilot — Shahbaz Textiles, Faisalabad.

  3. 2025 Q4

    FBR adapter enters beta. 50+ invoices submitted through licensed integrator.

  4. 2026 Q1

    GCC rollout begins: UAE EIS and ZATCA Phase 2 adapters.

    Public beta. Community edition released under AGPL-3.0.

    Enterprise tier launches. SOC 2 readiness audit.
