Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the hosted Aether Finance service. By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

The service is provided to help you maintain accounting records. We make no representation that use of the service ensures compliance with your local tax or company law; that remains your responsibility, advised by your accountant or auditor.

You retain full ownership of your business data. We claim no license to it beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the service on your behalf.

The service is billed per user per month, in arrears, on the tier you select. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems unless you instruct otherwise in writing.

Uptime SLAs: 99.9% for Growth, 99.95% for Enterprise. Credit is automatic against the following invoice if we fall short in any calendar month.

We use subprocessors for infrastructure (Hetzner for compute, Backblaze for backups), email, and billing. A current list is maintained in the Data Processing Addendum, which is part of these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
